By installing or using New Tabber (“the Extension”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
1. Use of the Extension
New Tabber is a free Chrome extension that replaces the browser's new tab page. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension without permission.
2. Your Data
All data created by the extension (tiles, folders, settings) is stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your data. Uninstalling the extension will remove all locally stored data.
3. No Warranty
The extension is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or other damages arising from your use of the extension.
5. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
